Is there humor in recycling? You bet cha!

These book shelves are made from real books and salvaged lumber. So clever and humorous!

This is hands down my favorite quirkiest bookshelf ever. In design, as in life, no one should take themselves too seriously. This bookshelf does it for me.

Great gift idea for a loved one too.

  2. Hi Laurie:
You have a fantastic blog at Kitchen Design Notes – I really enjoy the range (and frequency!) of your postings. I wanted to call your attention to this post at new blog, of which I’m the editor. I tried to insert a link, but because I don’t have a Blogger account, it wouldn’t quite work. So if you’d like to link, or just check us out, here we are:
    Thanks for your consideration!

  3. The granite tiles are a fantastic tip. Are they readily available in most big box stores?
    And thanks for reading Laurie!
